- Failure to perform periodic maintenance as specified in the user documentation; operation for unintended purposes.

- defects resulting from improper media loading

- any other defect, failure or damage that is not considered a manufacturing defect

- Defects related to third party applications, software, parts, components or peripherals, including any bulk ink system.

- defects that are purely cosmetic in nature.
