Printhead Konica KM1024 LNB 42PL

This is a robust, shear-mode piezo on-demand print head that can be used in both binary and 8-level greyscale modes, providing variable drop size and higher print quality without the need for additional print heads. It is a significant improvement over the KM512 print head series, offering twice the print width and twice the greyscale levels. Konica Minolta's piezo on-demand inkjet heads operate at lower voltages than other inkjet heads, and the new actuator used in the KM1024 further reduces power consumption. It has 1024 nozzles with a droplet size of 42 picolitres and a native resolution of 360 dpi. The printhead is compatible with both oil-based and solvent inks. This printhead is also known as Konica Minolta KM1024 LNB. 

This printhead is used for white ink on Agfa printers.
